The W trek takes its name from the shape of the route: three valleys walked in and out, each ending at a different wonder. The Grey Glacier, the hanging valley of the French Valley, and the three granite towers themselves at dawn.
The walking is moderate. The weather is not. Patagonian wind can stop you mid-stride, so we plan the towers for the calmest morning of the week.
