About us
We are a small team of guides who started walking these trails long before we started running trips on them.
Ridgeline began in 2012 with one guide, one trail and a borrowed minibus. Today we run four routes on four continents, but the rules have not changed: small groups, local guides who are paid well, and enough time on the mountain to enjoy it.

Lead guide in Nepal. Fourteen seasons in the Annapurna and Everest regions. Carries real coffee.
Neema Mushi
Lead guide on Kilimanjaro. Wilderness first responder and over 120 summits.
Luca Bernardi
Mountain guide in the Dolomites. Knows the name of every hut dog on the Alta Via 1.
How we work
- Groups of twelve or fewer, always
- Porters carry no more than 20 kg and are insured
- 2% of every booking goes to trail repair
- Carbon from flights is offset through verified reforestation
